    • What delivery options do you offer?

      You can choose at checkout for your order to be delivered first class tracked by Royal Mail or you can collect in store the same day if the items are in stock. 

       

      If unsure and wanting to check the stock levels on an item (specifically if you are making a larger order) please call us on one of the contact numbers listed below!

  • Warranty

    • Do you offer any warranty on mods bought from yourselves?

      30 days warranty comes with all our mods. We are happy to exchange or replace the defective item within the 30 day period should a fault occur. In this case you must provide proof of purchase and the product must be in reasonable condition. If the mod is damaged or has a fault caused solely by user error this voids the warranty provided by Vaporium UK.

       

      Any faults after the 30 day period has expired must be reported directly to the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

    • I need to return an item, how do I do this?

      Please send us an email at info@vaporiumecigsuk.com or call us on 0114 232 1761 and we will provide step by step instructions on how to return an item for refunds or exchanges.

      in order to be eligible for a refund/return all items must be either in the condition they were delivered, i.e sealed, or faulty. Please provide details in your correspondence with us.
